Description

TURF General Contracting is a leading Interior Fit-Out contracting company with a focus on turn-key interior contracting, design solutions, and services.

We are currently looking for a procurement engineer to perform the procurement activities and should be able to multitask in our company.

Responsibilities

Procurement for timely and accurate purchase, delivery, and payment
Processing the POs, monitoring, and following up on pending approvals
Liaise with the supplier or subcontractor for non-deliveries, quality or breached terms and conditions.
Oversee the tracking of purchased goods and services during the entire procurement cycle.
Responsible for all communication with the project team through procurement status reports.
Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate better shipment terms.
Recommend and highlight concerns for the management wherever essential.
Requirements

8 to 10 years (Gulf) in the procurement of fit-out materials and services, interior solutions, or related businesses
Procurement experience in fit-out work is a major plus.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate and negotiate with multiple parties
Proficient in MS Office applications

The candidate should be available in Qatar and join immediately.
