Description

The videographer/photographer is responsible for capturing and editing visual content to support marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. They will collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality photos and videos that align with the organization's brand and objectives.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Capture high-quality photographs and videos that align with the brand's image and objectives.
Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including selecting locations, coordinating schedules, and arranging equipment.
Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance quality and appeal.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for visual content.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for photography and videography.
Manage and organize digital assets, including maintaining an organized library of photos and videos.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver satisfactory results.
Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and expand knowledge in photography and videography techniques.
Proven experience as a videographer and/or photographer.
Proficiency in photography and videography equipment and editing software.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in both photography and videography.
Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Knowledge of copyright laws and intellectual property rights related to photography and videography.
