We are looking for an Arbic Service Advisor. Having experience working in the same field.
Experience in the relevant field of at least 2 years is required.
·           Must be available in Doha 
·           Male
·           Should know how  to speak English very Well  – Arabic
·           The salary is determined after the interview.

Job Responsibilities:
•              Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our workshop for after-sales service inquiries and assistance.
•              Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, explaining service options, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
•              Coordinate service appointments and allocate resources effectively to meet customer needs and workshop capacity.
•              Liaise between customers and workshop technicians to ensure clear communication and understanding of service requirements.
•              Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including customer information, service requests, and service history.
•              Collaborate with other team members to optimize workshop efficiency and uphold quality standards.
