Description

Develop visual concepts and designs for various projects including but not limited to marketing materials, advertisements, product packaging, and website graphics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements.
Create engaging and visually appealing graphics that effectively communicate the desired message and brand identity.
Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design and edit graphics.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure the use of current best practices.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for projects.
Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for easy access and future reference.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Knowledge of printing processes and techniques is a plus.
