**Summary:**
We are seeking a neat, polite, reliable, and well-spoken individual to join our team as a Mandoob (Food Delivery Coordinator) for an online food retail in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing food deliveries efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. **Responsibilities:**
1. Coordinate food delivery orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
2. Communicate effectively with delivery personnel, providing necessary instructions and ensuring adherence to delivery schedules.
3. Maintain a neat and organized workspace, including the storage and handling of delivery items.
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns regarding delivery status or order accuracy.
5. Monitor delivery routes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
6. Ensure that all delivery vehicles are properly maintained and equipped for safe transportation of food items.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and packaged correctly for delivery.
8. Keep detailed records of delivery transactions, including order tracking and customer feedback.
9. Assist in the recruitment and training of delivery personnel as needed.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
 
**Working Conditions:**
