 Requirements:
 IT Support Engineer Duties:
• Collaborate with IT and other departments for the overhaul and development of the IT system.
• Research new technology and assess its impact on the organization.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Spearhead and implement IT initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day support for PCs, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Manage hardware and software inventory.
• Ensure the company’s technology infrastructure is secure.
• Handle desktop support issues.
• Conduct research and recommend IT hardware and software purchases.
• Manage projects, including new server deployment, system upgrades, and network implementation.
 
• Provide regular reports to management.
 
IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:
·         Manage network and server infrastructure, covering antivirus, firewall, anti-spam/spyware, and backups, as well as oversee IT software and applications.
 
·         Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures.
·         Document IT processes and procedures.
·         Perform network, server, and application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
·         Conduct software installations and upgrades, as well as hardware upgrades.
·         Participate in vendor management.
·         Conduct LAN/WAN and security analysis.
·         Implement new software and hardware systems.
·         Perform capacity planning.
·         Manage change control.
·         Oversee IT projects and vendors.
·         Perform hardware troubleshooting.
·         Administer LAN/WAN and network security.
·         Possess hardware repair knowledge.
·         Conduct security audits.
·         Monitor and troubleshoot networks.
·         Manage IT budgets.
