*Coordinating meetings, arranging conference calls, reserving conference rooms, organizing catering
*Organizing and scheduling client , internal meetings and events
*Organizing and maintaining electronic filing system
*Preparing correspondence and any other related materials
*Maintain calendars and send reminders.
*Execute other tasks as mandated by the CEO

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
*5 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives
*Fluency in both English and Arabic
*Proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
*Ability to commit long-term and full-time
*Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) , including the ability to present information in a confident, clear, and concise manner over different media
*Proven ability to take initiative, anticipate and solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision
*Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
*Professional appearance and well kept attire.
