Description

A Turf Supervisor oversees the maintenance and care of turf areas, ensuring the grounds are landscaped and aesthetically pleasing. Responsibilities include managing a team of groundskeepers, scheduling maintenance activities, monitoring turf health, and implementing landscaping plans.
 
 
 
·        Supervising Turf management duties includes but not limited to turf maintenance according to programs.
·        Supervising Spraying chemicals and fertilizers.
·        Supervising proper use of turf maintenance equipment’s.
·        Reporting monthly the status of the turf maintenance program.
·        Managing and supervision of foreman, operators, gardeners
Qualifications:
1.    Proven experience in turf management or a related field.
2.    Strong knowledge of turf care practices and landscaping techniques.
3.    Leadership and team management skills.
4.    Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
5.     
Certifications/Additional Qualifications:
 
1.    Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field.
Certification in Turf Management (e.g., Sports Turf Manager Certification
