Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Designing: Develop innovative architectural solutions in line with client needs and environmental impact.
Material Selection: Thorough knowledge in selecting materials and their various types.
Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling technical presentations and lead with creativity.
3D Animation & Rendering: Proficient in creating 3D architectural animation videos, D5 rendering, and Lumion 10.
Project Management: Ensure projects stay within budgets, adhere to timelines, and meet specific standards and regulations.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Civil works, including architectural and structural components.
Client Engagement: Identify client needs, create feasibility reports, and build strong client relationships.
Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, coordinating effectively with various stakeholders.
Reports & Documentation: Prepare and deliver detailed status reports, including weekly plans, monthly reports, and project updates.
Business Development: Convince and engage new clients, modifying products to meet their unique needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, fitout, building construction, carpentry, and joinery.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
Qatar driving license is mandatory.
