Join our team as a Sales Engineer!

Responsibilities:

Showcase strong technical expertise in finishing and interior fit-out products, MEP (Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage & HVAC), and Civil works (Architectural & Structural).
Generate diverse status reports, including weekly plans, reports, monthly updates, ongoing projects, closings, and goal adherence.
Compile market analysis reports and sales forecasts for the division manager's review.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing skills.
Identify and pursue new clients within designated sectors.
Uncover business opportunities and present technical product/service explanations to clients.
Customize and plan product modifications to meet client needs.
Collect project data, including consultants, contractors, competitors, and end-users.
Navigate conflicts with diverse approaches and negotiate resolutions.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP & Fitout Sales, Building Construction, Carpentry, Joinery.
Demonstrate knowledge in material selection and types.
Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, coordinating effectively with various stakeholders.
Hold a mandatory Qatar driving license.
Cultivate lasting relationships with diverse clients through creativity and excellent presentation skills.
