SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
(5-8 years experience)

Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant (5-8 years experience) to join our finance department. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
2. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
3. Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
4. Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
5. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
6. Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
7.Stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation.
2. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP.
4. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
