Description

 - Achieves targeted sales volume, to deliver the route sales objective.
- Achieves product distribution targets to optimize sale & improve market share.
- Controls wastage within the budgeted level to deliver the targeted margin.
- Forecasts & Order products accurately and consistently in line with market demand to optimize sales & control.
- Maintains temporary credit within company policy to avoid any bad debt or financial loss.
- Ensures correct use of fridges and hygiene of the vehicle and storage area.
- Maintains excellent customer relations to ensure market dominance and good will.
- Provides accurate and timely feedback from the market place to take corrective actions.
- Adheres to company quality policy to achieve optimum customer satisfaction.
- Adheres to company health and safety policy.
- Drives carefully and ensure all safety measures are followed while driving delivery van.
 
- Possess a Higher Secondary Education or equivalent 
- Relevant experience in Qatar's job market of minimum 2 years
- Experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG related in industries. Dairy is a plus. 
- Possess a Valid Qatar Driving License for Medium and Heavy Vehicles (Must not be less than 1 year old since issue)
