Committed to doing quality work, must be attentive and self-learning and self-correcting. 
Knowledgeable of knives and belt grinders. 
With a common understanding of how knives work, proper geometry skills, and an understanding of angles. 
Work experience in the kitchen or food industry preferred or with a technical background as a technician or engineer.
