Job Role: Government Relations Officer (Female)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• New Visa Processing: On receipt of new visa application and related approvals, initiating the visa processes, keeping track, and updating Quota List.
• Coordination with HRD regarding medical and fingerprint appointments or Food handling medical schedules.
• Keeping a trace of training schedule for new arrivals to avoid overlapping of medical/fingerprint appointment and training schedules.
• Issuance of New/ Renewed RP/ Health Card. Timely updating of trackers pertaining to the Work Permit/ Resident Permit and Health Card. Submitting a weekly report on the same to HRM.
• Preparation of the Employment Contracts, coordination with the Embassy/ Ministries for attestation or related activities.
• Adherence to the guidelines set by Finance Department to ensure alignment to the monthly budgets and timely payments.
• Collect and give regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to keep the HRD well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
• Submit, follow-up and gather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time.
• Issuance of Exit Permit for the travellers and Cancellation of RP for the resigned employees
• Renew, update and keep up all workers and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that organization’s records are up to date in the labour and Immigration Departments.
• Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
• When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport, Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments.
• Miscellaneous activities including Handling absconding cases, Police Cases, Following up on medically unfit employees’ repatriation
QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Minimum 2 years of experience on related field
•    College Level
•    Good Computer Skills   
•    Good Communication Skills
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
SALARY:
