Customer Support Channels: Engage with customers through various channels, including in-app chat, emails, and phone calls. Provide clear and helpful information while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and promotions on the SNOONU, TALABAT, and RAFEEF apps. Provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
Feedback Collection: Actively collect and analyze customer feedback from these platforms, contributing insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and liaise with the SNOONU, TALABAT, and RAFEEF support teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
