Description

Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
• Material and manpower planning and management. 
• Should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings.
• Should be able to independently handle sites
• Should have past experience of executing commercial projects such as retail stores, offices, banks, etc. 
• Should have fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and report to PM
Minimum 3 years experience as Fit Out Site Supervisor/Project Supervisor in a Fit Out /Interior Decoration/Contracting/Maintenance/Renovation company 
Ability to supervise and independently handle entire renovation /interiors project in residential/commercial segment. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering is desirable.
Qatari Driving License is required. Company Car & Monthly Incentives based on performance will be provided.
