Job Responsibilities
1.       Facilitate the issuance of offer letters, ensuring they’re endorsed by higher management.
2.       Oversee the renewal of CR, Trade License, Insurance, and other relevant documents.
3.       Collaborate with the PRO for VISA processing, bank account setups, and related tasks.
4.       Handle employee advances and travel ticket arrangement upon GM/Department Head’s approval.
5.       Perfume daily cash and accounting transactions.
6.       Conduct monthly reviews of P&L accounts, and balance sheets, and prepare schedules by the specific deadline.
7.       Verify invoices, process bank payments, and release vendor PO as necessary.
8.       File tax returns promptly following deadlines.
9.       Communicate and resolve queries with group companies.
10.   Identify and implement monthly automation improvements in the ERP system with IT team.
11.   Documents and upload supporting bills into the ERP system for record-keeping.
12.   Monitor accounts receivables daily, coordinating with the Sales Team for timely collection.
13.   Coordinate legal issues with relevant teams and oversee closure.
 
14.   Manage rental agreements for office and warehouse spaces alongside related activities. 
1.       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial
2.       Experience as an Accountant
3.       Excellent knowledge of all accounting regulations and procedures
 
4.       Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
