JOB DESCRIPTION
• Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and
activities.
• Sign up new corporate clients and businesses
• Support in strategic and tactical sales plans of necessary activities to
fulfill strategic objectives, develops relationships with existing
clients and maximizes revenue potential, identifies and approaches
potential new clients
• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and
competitor activities.
• Helps in executing existing marketing activities to ensure awareness
of the company among all target groups and works toward building
the overall strength and performance of the sales and marketing
team and the company.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to
potential clients.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a
related field.
• Strong background in sales at respectable hotel chains, such as
Sheraton and Marriott.
• Proven track record of successful corporate sales achievements in
hotel and real estate sector.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key
clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting too
