Description

·       Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation components.
·       Verify and reconcile time and attendance records.
·       Ensure accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
·       Stay informed about and comply with relevant local payroll regulations.
·       Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to government agencies as required.
·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
·       Generate and distribute pay statements or direct deposit advices to employees.
·       Input and update employee information in the payroll system.
·       Verify and correct any discrepancies in payroll data.
·       Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
·       Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related matters.
·       Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy.
·       Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
·       Utilize payroll software and other relevant tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is often preferred.
·       Previous experience in payroll processing or a related HR function is advantageous.
·       Familiarity with relevant payroll laws and regulations.
·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
·       Excellent organizational and time management skills.
·       Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
·       Good communication skills to interact with employees and other departments effectively.
·       Ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues.
·       High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
