Develop and execute business development strategies,
? Understanding of the different types of businesses and their needs,
? Ability to conduct market research, gather insights, and use this information to develop effective business development strategies
? Promote organization products or services
? Addressing or predicting clients' objectives
? Knowledge of government procurement regulations and processes,
? Should also be able to effectively communicate with government officials and stakeholders,
? Strong sales and negotiation skills.
? Commercial knowledge of the market.
? Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
? Ability to manage commercials & channels pipeline.
? Ability to close deals and generate leads
? Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
? Ability to commit to the mission of the organization.
? Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
? Creating positive, long?lasting relationships with current and potential clients.  
 
  Ability   to   work   independently   and   as   part   of   a   team.
?   Ability   to   think   strategically   and   creatively.
?   Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
?   Ability to adapt to change.
?   Knowledge   of   government   procurement   regulations.
?   Project Management
?   Ability   to   speak   multiple   languages.   (English   &   Arabic   are   a   must)
