Any other ad hoc projects and admin duties, as assigned
Have some relevant working experience preferred
Competent in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
Able to meet tight deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to start work on short notice

1. **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5. **Organizational Skills:** Ability to manage and organize HR records, payroll data, and other relevant information efficiently.
 
6. **Attention to Detail:** Precision in handling payroll calculations and ensuring accuracy in HR documentation.
 
7. **Compliance:** Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
 
8. **Software Proficiency:** Familiarity with HR and payroll software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
 
9. **Problem-Solving:** Capability to resolve HR and payroll issues, address employee queries, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
 
10. **Confidentiality:** Discretion in handling sensitive employee information and maintaining confidentiality.
 
11. **Team Collaboration:** Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams, finance, and other departments.
 
12. **Adaptability:** Flexibility to adapt to changes in HR and payroll processes, regulations, and technology.
