Position Overview:

As an Architectural Engineer you will be a key player in the convergence of creativity and technical precision. You will work closely with our architects and multidisciplinary teams to bring visionary designs to life while ensuring structural integrity, code compliance, and sustainability. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the built environment and contribute to projects that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

•Collaborate with architects to develop and refine innovative building designs.
•Conduct comprehensive structural analysis to guarantee the safety and stability of structures.
•Oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
•Select and evaluate materials based on durability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental considerations.
•Integrate building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, into cohesive and efficient designs.
•Provide input on budgeting and cost estimation for construction projects.
•Stay informed about and ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
•Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient practices into design concepts.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architectural engineering, Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis), or a related field.
•Mastery of architectural and engineering software for design, analysis, and drafting (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000).
•Integrate various building systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems, into the overall design.
•Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
•Creativity and a passion for delivering aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
•Previous experience in architectural engineering or related roles is advantageous.
•Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and building codes through ongoing professional development.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Professional Engineering licensure (PE) is preferred.
