# Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or a related field
# Expertise in 3D visualization, including software such as Autodesk Revit Architecture, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
# Experience in designing retail outlets and malls
# Experience in conceptual and schematic design, design development, and construction document phases, including preparing detailed plans, elevations, sections, and specifications
# Strong knowledge of applicable building and accessibility codes and regulations
# Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
# Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
# Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
# Fluency in English; Arabic/Qatari language skills is a plus
