1. Position: Personal Secretary&Researcher
2. Job Description
Duties include the following but not limited to:
  · Managing Ambassador’s schedule and coordinating meetings and events hosted by Ambassador
  · Translating/writing letters and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  · Greeting Ambassador’s guests and updating list
  · Researching Afghan issues such as political, economic, human rights and humanitarian updates and security situation
  · Translating documents from Afghan language to English and vice versa
  · Communicating with organizations
  · Other duties as required
 3. Qualifications
  · Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (open to Senior and alumni)
  · Fluency in English (speaking/writing)
    * Fluency in Afghanistan language (Pashtun or Dari) is preferred
  · Technical competencies: knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and highly developed liaison and interpersonal skills
 4. Job Type
  · Contract length: 12 months (It may be extended if performance is excellent)
  · Contract type: Full-time (Sunday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm)
  · Salary: varies depending on experiences
