Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top IT talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in technical recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, with a minimum of 4 years in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess technical skills and experience in candidates.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Adept at conducting interviews and evaluations.
Results-oriented and able to meet recruitment targets.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
