Job Title: Computer Technician

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assemble and disassemble computer systems as needed.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with hardware and software-related queries.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems.
• Ready to travel to clients' places for on-site maintenance jobs.
• Communicate effectively with customers, answering calls and replying to chats.
• Collaborate with other team members to implement new technologies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role.
• Residency in Qatar is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with gaming computers and electronics.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
