Description

Identify potential customers and generate new leads through various channels.2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.3. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.4. Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services.5. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.6. Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.:1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the Nepali market.2. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali languages (spoken and written).4. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and close sales deals.5. Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude towards achieving targets.6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.7. Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
