Description

Required Mechanical estimation engineer for Grade - A MEP Contracting company.
Mechanical engineering graduate must have working experience in Estimation/Tender department.
Able to read drawings, verify scope of works, specification, responsible for material & manpower cost estimation of all mechanical systems.
Local market/vendor knowledge is necessary
Estimation Engineer with technical expertise in preparing quotes through the analysis of tender documents, quantity take-off, scheme preparation, drafting offers, and managing daily tasks within the organization's estimation department. 
Tasks to be assigned: 
Complete project data sheets and gather necessary documents for file compilation.
Create a folder on the server and organize relevant information such as drawings, BOQ, specs, etc.
Print out relevant indicative documents for filing.
Analyze projects,
Collaborate with main Contractors and Consultants to obtain missing information required for the tender.
-      Determine preliminary requirements for pricing
-      Transfer complete file information to the coordination department upon project award.
