Store keeper JD:
Key Responsibilities and Duties
? Receive, inspect, and store all warehouse goods, ensuring accuracy and condition of shipments.
? Maintain clear records of inventory and stock levels, conducting regular checks to ensure accuracy.
? Issue supplies and materials to various departments, accurately recording all transactions.
? Coordinate with the Inventory controller to manage stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
? Ensure the store area is organized, clean, and safe to facilitate easy access to items and safe working conditions.
? Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery, adhering to safety guidelines.
? Assist in the preparation of inventory and stock reports, providing data to the Warehouse Supervisor.
? Implement and adhere to warehouse policies and procedures, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations.
? Maintain daily cycle count & report discrepancies to line manager.
? Oversea the process of internal company transfer (ICT) between locations.
? Act on behalf of Inventory controller during his absence.
? Perform other job-related duties as assigned
