We are looking for an experienced in Procurement, logistic and Tendering:
• Responsible for coordinating their activities on a day-to-day basis for the smooth functioning of the company between various departments
• He/she is responsible for purchasing activities of the company as well as working according to the budget, listing goods needed, keeping a check on inventory.
• Required to work as a link between the manufacturers and the sales team to keep them on the same page regarding projects.
• Experience in preparing tenders and quotations is an essential requirement for this post
• Experience in preparing purchase orders, invoices, etc. is a must
• He/she must get in touch with clients/customers to understand their requirements and then convey these requirements to the project team so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Must maintain important documentation and have a structured and a very well-organized filing approach
• Must possess proficient knowledge of using Microsoft Excel
• Candidate must have very good communication skills for this post
• At least 4 years of work experience as Procurement and logistic in Qatar.
• Thorough knowledge of business coordinator, procedures, and legislation.
• Experience with cash management and risk assessment.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Presentation skills
• Time management
• Working under pressure
• Problem solving
