Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Assist in the preparation of ingredients and menu items as directed by the chef.
Ensure that food is prepared and presented according to established standards.
Cooking and Plating:

Execute cooking tasks under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
Contribute to the presentation of dishes.
Kitchen Hygiene:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
Follow food safety protocols and guidelines.
Equipment Maintenance:

Handle kitchen equipment responsibly and report any malfunctions.
Assist in routine maintenance tasks.
Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute to a positive team environment.
Stock Management:

Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory.
Report shortages and assist in the ordering of supplies.
Qualifications:

Minimum practical experience in a kitchen environment.
Must have a valid experience certificate.
Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety protocols.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly salary in the range of QAR 1.
Accommodation and transportation provided.
Other benefits as per company policy.
