Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook traditional Filipino dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and attractive manner.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Monitor food supplies and order ingredients as needed to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan and execute menu items for events and special occasions.
Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and control costs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of food items.
Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests and accommodating special requests or dietary restrictions.
