 Assist potential clients with initial inquiries and inquiries regarding visas like Work Permits, PR Visa, Student Visa, Tourist Visa Etc. for countries like  Europe (Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Malta, Czech Republic, Romania etc), Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, USA.
Perform necessary analysis and provide expert recommendations for immigration options
Assist clients throughout the immigration process details and Requirements
Establish/maintain communication with clients
Making regular calls on the data of leads shared by the management and convince the potential applicants to visit our office.
Fixing applicant’s appointments for office visit
Answering questions about products & services that are being offered by the company
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Generating leads for yourself though use of social media platform & convince the potential applicants to visit office for further consultation
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the appropriate immigration expert from the team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Getting trained on product & services being offered by company and keep yourself updated with all new updates
- Good Looking, Well Dressed & Punctuality is a must.
- Must be presentable
- Must be Polite, humble and have an always smiling face
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Must have good telephone antiquates & greeting manner
- Convincing Skills
- Target Achiever
