- Arranges cuts, grinds, and prepares packages as required.
- Cleans and maintains tools and equipment and ensures all machines are well maintained.
- Performs quality inspections on meats and other products.
- Reports issues with machines and tools for immediate resolution.
- Adheres to safety requirements and ensures surrounding area is clear of any possible risk.
- Takes highest level of precautions while operating cutting and other tools or machines.
- Maintains and cleans the production area to eliminates risk of food contamination.
