In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their computer-related needs, providing technical guidance, and driving sales of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
-Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice.
-Demonstrate and sell a wide range of computer hardware and software products.
-Offer technical support, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
-Assemble and configure computer systems to customer specifications.
-Provide excellent customer service and follow up on sales leads.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
-Strong sales and customer service skills.
-Proficiency in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
-Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS).
-Experience with computer assembly and customization.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
