Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Butcher and production Helper to join our dynamic team!
We are a Local Meat Processing Factory looking for an experienced Butcher and helper, Requirements are below:
 
Butcher
• Cutting, grinding, and preparing meats for sale.
• Cleaning and maintaining machinery.
• Weighing, packaging, pricing.
• Keeping records and preparing records.
• Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
• Monitoring the expiry of Products and other Verifications.
• Well-maintained in the recipe process as per customers' requirements.
• Proper handover of the finished products.
 
Production Helper
 
• To follow all production butchery practices and comply with hygienic practices as per Health/Municipality
• To follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Hygiene, and Storage practices at the workplace.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the machine after usage.
• Responsible for the proper handover of the finished product to the storekeeper.
• To follow the correct labeling on the finished product as per the label issuance record.
• To have evidence of QC online verification of dates and batch code.
• To follow the correct palletizing and cartooning practices for the finished product.
• Any other task given by in charge.

Requirements
Valid QID with NOC (Local Hire Only)
Good Command in English
Ability to work under pressure
