**Responsibilities:**
As the Coffee Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop. Your key responsibilities will include:
 
- Managing and leading a team of baristas, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
 
- Monitoring and maintaining high-quality standards for coffee preparation, drink presentation, and overall cleanliness.
 
- Implementing effective inventory management and ordering systems to ensure optimal stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and ingredients.
 
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
 
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
 
- Managing schedules, payroll, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
 
- Collaborating with the owner or management team to set goals, implement policies, and drive business growth.
 
**Requirements:**
 
- local hire only 
 
- Valid Qatar ID & Food handling 
 
- NOC 
 
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the coffee or food and beverage industry min 3 years. 
 
- A deep knowledge and passion for coffee, management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
 
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
 
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
 
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
 
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software applications.
 
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
