Description

A Reputed company is looking for a female Admin cum secretary. 
 
· Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
 
· Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, and presentations.
 
· Assisting the HR Department in all matters related to the operations of the employee.
 
· Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
 
· Coordinating with the Head branch and following up on the requested package by the clients or the management.
 
· Making arrangements for all events and project-related matters.
 
· Purchasing office supplies and equipment.
 
· Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.Performing other relevant duties when needed
 
· High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
 
· Excellent communication skills.
 
· 1-year secretory/ administration experience.
 
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Any Nationality.
Salary will be around 3.5 to 4k.
 
Work timings 8 AM to 5 PM, 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday)
