**Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist clients with hardware and software setup, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement efficient IT solutions.
- Participate in the maintenance and monitoring of client IT systems and networks.
- Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades and infrastructure deployments.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and processes for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance service quality.
 
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, etc.) are a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience.
