IMMEDIATE HIRING OF RECEPTIONIST CUM SECRETARY (FEMALE ONLY) We are leading Company in Qatar - looking for a SECRETARY cum RECEPTIONIST with experience in handling various front office and Customer Management. Female, Graduate Language: Should be Fluent in English. (Arabic, Hindi will be an added advantage) Experience: 3-6 Years Knowledge in managing various front office activities. Good computer knowledge (ERP experience especially in HR system.) .
Answer and forward incoming calls and emails to the concerned department.
Letter drafting to Clients or for Authorities. Update Tasks and Schedule meetings.

Office Timing: 8:00 am to 5:00 (1 hour lunch break)
Saturday to Thursday. Location: New Salata 
Salary range: Qr 3300 to 3700 all inclusive.
