DUTY MANAGER – 3 STAR HOTEL
We are looking for a DUTY Manager for our 3 star Hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate should have an excellent level of commercial awareness, daily hotel operation, capable to lead a star hotel team of 20- 25 employees and who can build and maintain relationships with internal and external guests.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Excellent revenue management skills with experience of budgets and forecasting. Working with colleagues to share skills, knowledge, resources and networks. Highly focused, have excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation. Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. Knowledge in MS office and working experience in IDS hotel software is desirable.  Minimum 3 to 4 years work experience in a 2 to 3 Star Hotel as a Duty Manager, Asst. Operations Manager or Hotel Manager.
Salary Package
Basic salary of QAR 3000 to 3500+Perf. Incentive (Yearly)+ Accommodation+Transport+ Annual Benefits as per Qatar Labour Rule
