Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, engage in friendly conversations, and provide outstanding service throughout their visit.
Shisha Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various shisha flavors, blends, and preparation techniques. Offer recommendations based on guests' preferences and make expert suggestions for a delightful shisha experience.
Shisha Setup and Preparation: Properly set up and prepare hookahs with precision and care, ensuring a consistent and enjoyable smoking experience for each customer.
Order Management: Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food, beverages, and shisha.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the shisha lounge, tables, and equipment. Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Upselling and Promotion: Promote various shisha blends, refreshments, and special offers to enhance the overall customer experience and increase sales.
Knowledge of Regulations: Stay informed about local regulations and restrictions related to hookah smoking and ensure compliance at all times.
Conflict Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly, resolving issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Collaborative Team Member: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and a cohesive team environment.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or themed nights in the shisha lounge, contributing to their success and popularity.
