Description

• To lead & manage projects inception till completion for drywall / ceiling works
• To plan and monitor site progress in order to meet project schedules.
• To prepare / exercise weekly progress claim, cost control and project reports
• Good ability to understand and interpret project scope from the design documents
• Plan & organize the execution teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project
• Interact & coordinate with design & execution teams to ensure that the works are being carried out as per the design documents, specifications, etc
• Exercise strong control over site activities and resources to ensure timely completion of projects within the budgeted costs with good quality workmanship
• Manage the interior fit-out projects for offices, restaurants, shops, residential sectors, etc
• Obtaining project related regulatory permits
