Description

Processing serious as well as non serious post marketing cases , writing the narrative and reporting them.
Ensure scientific rigor through accurate, complete and consistent data entry of adverse event from source documents with emphasis on timeliness and quality.
Determine if any additional information or clarification is needed and send queries to the originator.
Evaluate case information for medical completeness and finish processing of all AE reports, including review for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure coding of adverse events, medical history, indication and lab data fields using the most appropriate Lower Level Term (LLT) from MedDRA and WHODRL for coding drug.
