Title: SENIOR HSE SPECIALIST
(DIVING & ROV) 
Education & Professional Qualification:
Requirement:
 
·         3-year Full Time Degree in Health and Safety; or
·         3-year Full Time Degree (Associated Degree) and a 2-year Full Time Graduate Diploma in Health and Safety; or
·         3-year Full Time Degree (Associated Degree) and NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety; or
·         3-year Full Time Degree (Associated Degree) and Chartered member of IOSH, or NEBOSH Diploma and technical Dive / ROV qualifications
 
Preferred:
 
·         Root Cause Analysis certification
·         Auditor qualification (preferred Lead Auditor) for ISO accreditation framework
·         Training and Assessment qualification at Level 4 or higher
 
Professional Experience:
·         5 to 10 years’ experience in HSEQ role in field related to Offshore, Diving and ROV operations.
 
Geographic Experience:
·         N/A
·         Computer Skills:
·         Fully conversant with MS Office and web applications.
 
Language Skills:
·         Business Fluent in English – both written and spoken is required
·         Arabic is a plus
 
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
·         High degree of understanding of diving equipment, and operations (air and saturation)
·         High degree of understanding of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and Survey operations
·         Significant knowledge of following standards:
ISO 9001
ISO 14001
ISO 45001
OGP guidelines IMCA Guidelines
IADC, API and Behavioral safety Mentoring Safety Cases
·         Mandatory to possess valid Qatar driving license to attend site visit as and when required
 
Others:
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
