Description

Job responsibilities:
•Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations?
•With a focus on our guest's overall well-being, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience
•Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience??
•Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
•Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to the team
•Plan and execute team building activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing
•Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
•Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks?
•Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
•Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations in the Lobby Lounge. This includes High Tea service, operating bar service, managing reservations systems, and completing daily financial reports.
•Performing extra administrative duties as outlined by the Manager.
•Assisting other Food and Beverage outlets on occasion when necessary.
•Resolve customer complaints, as well as internal conflict amongst staff.
•Participates in the recruitment, selection, and training of staff


Experience
3-5 years of experience in hotel, restaurant operations is highly required.
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

Requirements
•A secondary school diploma is required
•Completion of a food service administration, hotel, or restaurant management course is an asset
•Excellent sales skills
•Excellent customer service skills
•Good communication skills
•Leadership skills
•Proven human resource management skills such as training, motivation,
•Excellent organizational skills
•Must be of legal drinking age if working in a licensed facility
•Knowledge of the products, services, sectors, industry, and local area.
