A leading company primarily working for projects in the Aviation Industry is URGENTLY looking to fill in the following positions:

FOREMEN

Having at least 3 years' experience in MEP - Plumbing works, Electrical works, Painting works, HVAC basics.

Available Positions - 4 Nos. Start Date - Immediately

Job Description:

Extensive experience in the MEP industry. Proven people management skills, including the management of subcontractors.

Managing duty phones, answering all the calls, updating the call register, and allocating resources

to rectify the faults. Managing various systems at different sites.

Managing Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Reactive Maintenance.

Practical hands-on approach.

Excellent people skills with proven mid-level management qualities and the ability to others. motivate

Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and time management skills.

• PROJECT SUPERVISOR

To develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to

meet changing needs and requirements.

Available Positions - 1 Nos.

Start Date Immediately

Job Description:

Assist and Report to Project Manager of all aspects of the project

Conduct onsite visits and coordinate with crew and operations personnel continuously. Convey and supervise contractors and subcontractors.

At least 5-6 years' experience in Medium and Large MEP projects.
