Valid Qatar Driving License Required: Yes
 
Responsibilities:
 
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices.
Identify hardware and software issues and provide effective solutions.
Perform software installations, upgrades, and system updates.
Replace damaged components and ensure proper functionality of devices.
Test repaired devices to ensure optimal performance.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.
Requirements:
 
Proven experience as a Mobile and Laptop Repair Technician.
In-depth knowledge of mobile and laptop hardware and software systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of mobile and laptop models.
Familiarity with different operating systems, including iOS and Android.
Ability to handle delicate electronic components with precision.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
