Senior HSE Specialist-Diving & ROV
 
Work: 8 hours/day and 5 days/week, Duration: 11 Months
Location: Doha HQ + visit Ras Laffan Port & Offshore
Education & Professional Qualification:
Requirement
·3-year Full Time Degree in Health and Safety; or·3-year Full Time Degree (Associated Degree) and a 2-year Full Time Graduate Diploma in Health and Safety; or·3-year Full Time Degree (Associated Degree) and NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety; or·3-year Full Time Degree (Associated Degree) and Chartered member of IOSH, or NEBOSH Diploma and technical Dive /Qualifications
Preferred
oRoot Cause Analysis CertificationoAuditor qualification (preferred Lead Auditor) for ISO accreditation frameworkoTraining and Assessment Qualification at Level 4 or higher
Professional Experience:
·5 to 10 years’ experience in HSEQ role in field related to Offshore, Diving and ROV operations.
Computer Skills:
·Fully conversant with MS Office and Web applications
Language Skills:
• Business Fluent in English – both written and spoken is required
• Arabic is a plus
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
·High degree of understanding of diving equipment, and operations (air and saturation)·High degree of understanding of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and Survey operations·Significant knowledge of following standards:
ISO 9001
ISO 14001
ISO 45001
OGP guidelines IMCA Guidelines
IADC, API and Behavioral safety Mentoring Safety Cases
·Mandatory to possess valid Qatar driving license to attend site visit as and when required

• Pleasant personality
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
