Job Description:
Supervised and directed the work of the 12 electricians
Manage maintenance scheduling and work order system.
Support safety training programs of maintenance employees.
Supervising and undertaking electrical works with a commercial environment
PPM activities and of all equipments.
Maintenance of Logbooks, Reports, Equipments history card and consumption records,
Arranging and coordinating for training between the sub-contractors and site FM team and ensuring training schedule is created and
executed successfully.
Submitting Daily/weekly and monthly report to client with ensure covering all the systems activities of MEP.
Proper monitoring of safe working practices with team and contractors like risk assessment, method of statements, permit-to- work system.
Following the health and safety practices on site, as per the company policies.
Ensure to conduct daily briefing and weekly tool box talk on site.
Every monthly site visits along with the HSE officer for improvement of site environment.
Arranging the 3rd party service inspection for critical systems to ensure the system is certified.
